Veleka runs on most widely available commercial platforms, including Windows Server, UNIX , Linux, and FreeBSD. It’s advantageous (but not required) to run Veleka on multiple platforms.
API:
Intel NetMerge.
Veleka works with and utilizes the high level API of Intel’s NetMerge call processing software, which is available for free evaluation from Intel.
No
low-level programming necessary.
Veleka commands the phone switch (PBX) through Intel’s software,
so no low level programming is necessary. This communication is conducted via
a language called ASAI, which is a special Telephony application protocol for
communication between Intel NetMerge software and the Avaya PBX.

also supports other popular interfaces like CSTA, which make Veleka compatible
